I'm a product designer based in Pune. For thirteen years I've worked inside enterprise software - oil and gas, telecom, EdTech - designing tools for operators, engineers, and managers who live inside complex systems every day.
Most of what I do starts in the same place: watching how someone actually gets their job done, then asking what a product could look like if it respected the shape of that work instead of fighting it. The case studies above go deep on four of those projects, including two in-flight modernizations at Oracle Communications.
I'm not actively looking right now, but I'm always up for a good conversation about design, enterprise UX, or the specific problem of bringing a UX process to a team that's never had one.
