I design enterprise software for the people who can't quit it - the operators, admins, and specialists who live inside complex systems and can't just switch to a competitor.
Over 13+ years I've designed enterprise SaaS across telecom, smart buildings, energy, finance, and education - for Oracle, Siemens, McDermott, and earlier teams at InfoBeans, Mobisoft, and Conexstra, where Kexplora made NDTV's Top 20 Hottest Startups list in 2015. My work centers on research-driven UX and turning ambiguous, multi-step workflows into clear interaction patterns.
I work close to design systems from both sides: at Siemens I was part of the Element team, building multiple components; at Oracle I'm responsible for projects across my assigned pillars and for making sure the Redwood design system and its philosophy are properly implemented in them. Alongside product work I run Codex Office Hours, helping designers adopt AI-assisted tooling, and drive design-system governance across the Orchestration suite. I care as much about how a business creates value as how an interface looks.
I'm IxDF-trained, an HFI Certified Usability Analyst, and based in Pune. I work in English and Hindi, and I'm open to global roles.
